Service was good. Quality of the shoe is good. I think the size is about the same as with other shoes. I got the Taupe and I think it is important to note that if I were giving the boot a color/description I'd probably call this shoe a "roughout" leather and I'd come up with something else for the color since I believe it is darker than most other shoes that are called taupe. I've seen many of these boots and the suede leather was more of a "peachy" texture than the Taupe that I received. I think my boots are great and I like the color but they are a bit more rugged/casual than the other colors.
