Welcome to Flywit.com (the "Site"). The following terms and conditions of use (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to your use of the Site and by visiting or shopping at Flywit.com, you accept these conditions:
Products & Prices:
All items on our site are Factory Variants; however they are made with the highest quality. They have original box, retro card, label packing.
Most products listed on our website are available and in stock. When an ordered item is out of stock, you will be notified by email and given the opportunity to make another selection.
All items on our site does not show the final price, but when you send your orders to us, we will generate an invoice with our best price available and send it to you by email. The final price depends on how many items your ordered. Buy more, save more. The more you order, the cheaper the price is.
For each shipping product, the price includes $3 insurance fee. If you not want to pay the insurance fee, you will not be entitled to the service below:
If the shoes are lost during the shipping process because of unanticipated reasons, we will resend you the exact same package you ordered, free of charge.
Mini order:
Minimum order amount is $46! We accept one item orders.
Shipping Policy:
Free shipping is available for orders $79 and over.
We will normally send the products within 24 hours after we receive the payment.
We ship the package according to customer's request (such as EMS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX, SODEXI, and UPS). Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address for delivery. Customers are also responsible for mail forwarding if they are moving and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate they will be at home when the package is due to arrive.
Once we ship out the products, we will provide you the tracking numbers so you can track the delivery of your ordered products.
Normally, it will take 5-7 working days for the products to arrive at UK, 5-8 working days at North America and 7-9 working days at other areas.
Some of these orders were very recently shipped out, and do not show up immediately on shipping companies website's. Please allow at least 48 - 96 hours after the information is posted to allow the information to show on the shipping companies website's.
Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can simply ship them back, and no question asked. We will refund the value of the ordered products in your next order. Please make sure the product is in unworn and unused condition and in original packaging condition. When returning your product, please write down the item code (same as on our website) and email address and put it in the parcel to facilitate the refund process.
Customs policy:
For the customs clearance, your package should always be delivered safely. But if an exception occurs, for example, your package was held at your country customs, we will attempt to contact the customs officers and get it released. If not successful, we will refund the value of the products you ordered in your next order (The shipping fee is not refundable). If the package has problem in Chinese customs, we will resend the exact same product free of charge. All of our packages must be signed upon received. If nobody is at home to receive your package, then it will be held in your local postal office until you are able to sign your signature for the package.
Payment Policy:
We currently only accept three payment methods: western union,T/T(bank transfer) or money gram.
We want you to have pleasant experiences in our top quality products and best customer service. Please be aware though that, currently, Paypal service is not perfect yet in China. International payment transaction may have difficulties to get through.
Western Union transfer is preferred, it is very fast (only takes about 5 minutes). You can also pay by credit card, cash and by phone through western union payment .
