"I needed a bag for everyday use. I bought this bag in black. This bag's design is exactly what I wanted. It has several outside pockets that either zippered closed, snapped closed or closed with velcro. The cell phone compartment was convenient. I was so pleased with the design that I bought another just like it in brown. However the brown bag arrived with a flimsy shoulder strap, completely unreinforced, -- of much lighter construction than that of the black bag. I hesitated to use it because I thought the strap might stretch or break. But, since I liked the bag design, I thought I would have the strap replaced. Now, that won't happen because it would be a further waste of money! After a few months' use, the original black bag is falling apart. Inside lining ripped; the leather to which a compartment snap was attached tore and came off the bag. Too bad. "
