I recently ordered a pair of shoes from your company, but because the color wasn't match the Mother of the Groom dress, I had to return them. Since my son was having surgery the next day, and I had two different boxes to ship back, I inadvertently put the wrong UPS labels on each box, shipping back to flywit.com, a large package that belonged to a different company. I was quite surprised to find that your company was kind/considerate enough to ship the items back to my house. I honestly could not, and still can't believe that a company would take the time/expense/interest to ship back these items to me. While I am still waiting to have the Tommy Hilfiger slides located by the other company, I felt it necessary to send my comments to your company and its employees for loyal customer service beyond what I expected. Thank you for your excellent dedication to your customers. I will indeed purchase again from your company and, as I have always, recommend your website.

This shoe was announced on November 12, 2009 for a release date of February 13, 2010, retailing for $170. Dwyane Wade is endorsing the Air Jordan 2010. The base of the each midsole has stylized text that when combined reads: "I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed." This quote was originally attributed to Michael Jordan, and is a reference to an earlier advertising campaign.
