New Balance Men's 900 series running shoe are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever worn. Most important, it is available in a variety of widths, because unlike what most sneaker manufacturers think, no foot is alike. It has good arch support. Provides painless walking (which is what I use it most for) and running. I was wearing the 992 prior to buying the 993. I don't see much difference other that the sole and heel have a different design. The 993 provides the same comfort I had with the 992. If you are not upgrading from a 992, before you buy online, make sure you try the sneaker on for size at a local store. I especially like that it is made in the USA (with some imported materials).
