I just had to write and express my gratitude to the wonderful, dear, caring person who attended to me when I placed my Christmas order in December. lovely young lady in the call center was so kind. The day I placed my order was one of many days that I suffered streptococcal pneumonia during the Christmas holidays. I was truly terribly ill that day and I was searching for that special gift for my granddaughter by phone when this sweet young lady came on the phone. I wanted my granddaughter to receive everything she wished for as her father (my son) has suffered through 15 months of treatment for very rare type of Hodgkin's Lymphoma. The family has suffered through over 15 months of countless financial setbacks and deprivation of everything from gas to just basic food for their home. It was crucial to me that my granddaughter receive her wish and your CS employee was like fairy godmother that day. She found just what I needed. But her kindness didn't end there. She took the time out of her busy Christmas schedule to send me get well card and on top of that she sent me box of Mrs. Field's cookies. Wow! I can't tell you how her kindness touched my heart! It's so nice to know that there are still people in this world who care about other people. What rare and appreciated gift your CS employee gave me this Christmas. If customer service were like this in all business transactions what wonderful world it would be. very grateful customer, P.S.
