Air Jordan Play In These: Air Jordan Play In These Womens -15
About Air Jordan Play In These
The Jordan Brand has really started to put their efforts more into performance-driven product this year, starting with the brand's flagship, the Air Jordan 2011. That shoe features interchangeable midsoles that allow players to alternate between 'quick' and 'explosive' rides. With the brand new Jordan Play In These model, the same concept applies, except the ability to change how the shoe is cushioned varies between different versions of the same model as opposed to interchangeable midsoles.
The Jordan Play In These F is equipped for the player with an explosive game. Geared more toward power forwards and post players, the P.I.T. F features a durable leather and synthetic build with what they're touting as groundbreaking cushion technology. Max Air helps brace for impact protection, while Strategic Podulon technology aids comfort and response in high impact areas. Also incorporated into the design is an asymmetrical toe cap for abrasion resistance.
The Jordan Play In These F "TXT" version appears to only differentiate from the regular Jordan Play In These F models with the inclusion of a mesh upper taking the place of perforated leather while still retaining patent leather overlays. A visible heel Air unit and herringbone traction based solid rubber outsole complete the package.
The Jordan Play In These was featured in our cheap jordan store, but here's a closer look at the White/Varsity Red-Black colorway. It features black patent leather accents with a white perforated upper and a unique black/red gradient upper panel that stretches down the lace eyelets, and a visible Air unit and high-cut ankle (quite a deviant from the low-cut craze). The asymmetric toe-box offers better protection on the medial side, and the unique traction pattern on the outsole offers multi-directional flexion on key points of the footbed. Again, these are set for a release in April 2011, so take a look at these new images below and let us know what you think.
