I recently ordered a pair of shoes from your company, but because the color wasn't match the Mother of the Groom dress, I had to return them. Since my son was having surgery the next day, and I had two different boxes to ship back, I inadvertently put the wrong UPS labels on each box, shipping back to flyeit.com, a large package that belonged to a different company. I was quite surprised to find that your company was kind/considerate enough to ship the items back to my house. I honestly could not, and still can't believe that a company would take the time/expense/interest to ship back these items to me. While I am still waiting to have the Tommy Hilfiger slides located by the other company, I felt it necessary to send my comments to your company and its employees for loyal customer service beyond what I expected. Thank you for your excellent dedication to your customers. I will indeed purchase again from your company and, as I have always, recommend your website.
