"I was really excited to find this bag available for purchase so I jumped on it, based on the description and the reviews. Overall, I'm very happy with it - lots of pockets, pouches, compartments, etc. - but there's one thing that disappointed me a bit that I didn't see anyone else mention: The lining inside the purse is sort of a plastic-y, crinkly material that feels and sounds kind of cheap, like it could rip pretty easily. Really, when I took it out of the box and I was taking all of the bunched-up paper out of it, I kept thinking that I must have missed some because I kept hearing this crackly sound. Turns out that it was just the lining... If it had been a fabric liner, I would have given the bag five stars and a flawless review. The leather on the outside is nice (I love the color; I chose the light tan) and, like I said, I'm pleased with the multiple places to put all of my stuff in. I don't think I've been this organized in years! But if the manufacturers ever decide to revamp the bag, I'd say the first (and only) thing that really needs to be changed is the liner. It may seem like a minor detail to some people but it just sort of bugged me that I loved everything else about it and then had to get used to this noise every time I put something into or take something out of it.
