Again I have issue with my L4-L5 lumber spine or some folks say herniated disc. This a great strap if you have back problem, just had knee surgery or lower back pain. I use this strap religiously because I can not go to my physical therapist everyday. It will be great if you can get this product with the booklet. Because if can not afford to therapist it do guide you with step by step with different exercise routine based on your needs. I have seen Chiropractors and the Physical Therapist they use this strap for patients with back problem, come out from knee surgery, Heep surgery etc. This is great toll for in home exercise but I would advice to get exercise documented by your therapist before you start.
