 "It's going to be a long time till I look like a Vickies Secret model, but these shapers make it fun. Took about a 5 minute adjustment period used to the feeling of walking in these but after that it was like walking like you always do. I wore them all day the first day with no issues or rubbing, I must have chose the right size on the first shot sight unseen, Score for internet shopping. The next morning I definitly had some stiffness in my calves. I wore them again most of the day and without being doctor, I feel like there is something going on in the knee area. Is it my muscles responding to the wedge construction and making my knees stabilize and balance to compensate? Again, not a doctor or specialist but I like the my body is working harder than just normal sneakers or flip flops. One note, pay attention when going down the steps the first time, that is the only reason I lowered it to a four because it should not be a danger as long as you are aware before you buy and you pay attention.
