 I purchased the Avia toning shoes 3 months ago and loved them so when I saw the Fit Flops, I thought they'd be perfect for our trips to FL for walking on the beach. When I received them last month, I tried them out. First, they're very tight across the top of my foot, 2nd, the top of the thong is very long and the part that goes across is all the way up my foot, and 3rd, the thong won't stay between my toes. As I walk, my foot works it way out of the shoe. I have to stop every few steps to work my foot back into the shoe. I would return them but hate doing returns in the mail. It I had been able to return them to a store, I certainly would have. I'm still hoping I may be able to stretch them out so they stay on my foot better. I'm taking them to FL and see if they'll work out. If not, I'll chalk up the loss and know better than try something like them on an online order.
